After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is unavailable, the payment is not completed, the shipping address is invalid, or the order is suspected of fraud.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We do not store your full payment card information on our website.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped from China. Estimated delivery time is usually 14–25 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery service.
5. Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns may be accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Warranty
If a product has a quality issue, please contact us with your order number, photos, videos, and a clear description of the problem. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, water damage beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, checking product details before purchase, and complying with local import regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
HRUODLAND Official Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
