3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we will provide a reasonable solution.
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or not liking the product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
